Lining paper is a paintable, smooth wallpaper (without texture). The smooth surface gives it the sleek appearance of stucco. The difference with stucco, however, is that lining paper is a lot cheaper, there is no risk of cracking and it does not have to dry for long. Only 24 hours after you have applied the wallpaper, you can already paint over it or apply wallpaper to it. Moreover, lining paper is impact and shock-resistant. It ensures strong walls and prevents damage, which is ideal when there are children around, for example.

Is lining paper suitable for my walls?

Plaster, wood, MDF and plasterboard are good substrates for lining paper. These types of surfaces do, however, absorb a lot of wallpaper glue. By first treating your wall with Wallpro-pro330 primer, you prevent the glue from being absorbed and this will help the lining paper to adhere better.
